Why Health and Lifestyle Coaching
Anyone can benefit from Health and Life Coaching. Combining both coaching styles allows for a more effective approach to total wellness. This is a holistic approach that focuses not only on the health of the body, but the mind, and spirit too. Balancing all of these aspects is the key to obtaining complete wellness. This type of coaching gives clients the knowledge they need to build a healthy lifestyle and the skills to make long-lasting behavioral changes. As a result, clients have more energy, lose weight, sleep better, manage stress, and so much more.
About Me
I live in Virginia Beach, VA, with my husband, two boys, and my golden retriever. I enjoy playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family. I have always had a passion for health, fitness, education, and helping others. I graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. I was an educator for five years prior to becoming a certified Health Coach and Life Coach. I practice what I preach. I try to live as healthy and balanced as I can. I want to be an example for loved ones and my clients. My education, training, and lifestyle help me to provide my clients with the right tools and methods to achieve their goals.
My Coaching Style
As a coach, I am a supportive mentor, friend, wellness authority, and cheerleader. I help clients to achieve their health and life goals through nutrition and lifestyle changes. I am passionate about helping others to live their best lives. I help individuals learn healthy habits centered around food, fitness, stress, sleep, anxiety, and many other topics. My goal is to empower my clients to develop healthy habits that will last throughout their lives, so they can obtain optimal health.
My Coaching Sessions and Programs
I offer in person, phone, or Zoom sessions. They can be individual or group sessions. I have several programs. I do a 30 Day Jumpstart Your Weight Loss program and a 90 Day Complete Wellness Program. I also offer other seasonal training sessions and single sessions. After a consultation, I tailor my program and each session to meet the needs of my clients.
