30 Days to Jump Start Your Weight loss:
This is a 4 week program designed to teach you the skills you need to start your weight loss journey. You will learn what to eat, how to eat, when to eat, and why you are eating.
30 Days to a Healthy Peaceful Warrior:
This program is designed to balance the complete health of the body. It focuses on the health of the mind, body, and spirit. You will learn how to balance all three of these aspects so that you obtain total wellness.
90 Day Complete Wellness Program:
This program is the complete package. It combines the aspects of the two 30 Day Programs so that you can achieve weight loss, or health management, and complete wellness. It is individualized specifically for you. You will create your goals and we will work together to help you to achieve them.
All Programs will give you the coaching, accountability, and tools you need for success.
You will meet with me once a week for 45 minutes to an hour. During the week, you will have access to me through text and email for questions and support.
I offer individual and group sessions. The individual sessions will be scheduled at a day and time that works best for you. They can be in person or over zoom. The group sessions will begin the first week of each month at a day and time that works best for the group. They will be held over zoom.
